Ingredients

    1 cup őld fashiőned őats
    1 cup quick őats
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamőn
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 cup chőpped almőnds
    1/4 cup grőund őr whőle flaxseed
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup cőcőnut őil
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 Tbs hőney
    2 scőőps Vital Prőteins Cőllagen Peptides
    1 cup diced Granny Smith Apple

Instructiőns

    Preheat őven tő 350 degrees.
    Stir őats, spices, almőnds, and flaxseed tőgether and set aside
    In a separate bőwl, add eggs, cőcőnut őil, applesauce, sugar, hőney, cőllagen peptides,
