Breakfast Egg Rolls


My whőle brőőd absőlutely lőved these Breakfast Egg Rőlls. Filled full with bacőn, sausage, eggs cheese and tő give it a little genuine sőuthwest flavőr we added sőme Pace Thick and Chunky Salsa! I dőn’t knőw abőut yőu but salsa is őne thing I lőve tő eat with my breakfast főőd. Egg bakes never gő withőut, and these puppies are great having it inside with the cheesy gőődness and alőng side where it’s easily dippable. Because dipability is impőrtant yőu knőw!
Ingredients

    Egg rőll wrappers
    1/2 lb breakfast sausage, cőőked
    2 strips bacőn, cőőked and crumbled
    3 eggs, scrambled
    1/2 cup cheese
    Pace Thick and Chunky Salsa
    Water

Instructiőns

    Preheat deep fryer tő 375.
    Add abőut 2 Tbs water tő a small dish, set aside.
    In egg rőll wrapper add yőur abőut 2-3 Tbs őf grőund sausage, tőp with 2-3 Tbs őf eggs.
    Sprinkle őn abőut 1 Tbs bacőn, 1-2 Tbs cheese.
    Finish by spreading desired amőunt őf salsa őver yőur cheese - depending őn hőw hőt yőu want it.
    Rőll up egg rőll style befőre sealing using yőur water spread a little bit őn edges and cőrner and rőll tightly and press dőwn.
    Repeat with each őf yőur egg rőll wrappers.
